THE 16 TRUTHS YOU WILL MASTER
You have a direct connection to Source, God, Goddess, Oneness, the Creator, as you are part of it. Therefore, you need no intermediaries, as in Presence, you find God within you.
What you believe through your human senses is the lower mind’s perspective of reality, not the Truth. Discernment allows you to honour others’ beliefs and limitations without feeling attacked or making judgements or assumptions that cause you suffering.
Truth is Light, and Light is conscious awareness, true Knowledge, and Clarity, known through the Eagle’s Eye, the higher mind, and rarely understood by human logic, or your lower mind.
You are Love. Live life and make decisions through Love, not fear, since Love is the only truth. Love reunites what fear has fragmented and distorted into further separation.
You are a Powerful Creator. Every thought, emotion, imagination, and action creates your reality, as you are God within. Your creation is the fruit of your level of frequency.
You are already whole and never alone. We are interconnected beings, connected to the field of Oneness, anything else is an illusion of separation.
Know you are as worthy and significant as every other being. Having self-esteem gives you Clarity and grounds you in Love, the only true protection you need.
Trauma creates distortions and addictions, forming loops that are not true based on a memory. Even if they feel real, they are not in the now. When you acknowledge this, you start having Clarity to heal these patterns through Love.
The feminine is Love, creative, giving and receiving. The masculine is Light, wisdom, planning and action. Everything else is a traumatic distortion that needs Light and Love.
Judgement is a defence mechanism. Transform it into compassion. Judgement distorts your vision and creates karma. Compassion aligns you with Divine Justice, restoring balance through Love, not fear.
Forgive everyone and yourself. No matter what has happened, you have no one to blame. Forgiveness dissolves karmic loops and liberates you from the victim story, returning you to your inner power and true essence: freedom.
Trust that everything is unfolding for your highest good. Keep your heart open, be grateful, and allow the magic to reveal itself.
Stop predicting your future based on your past. The only moment that truly exists is the eternal now. Trying to predict the future keeps you bound to old beliefs and closes the door to miracles and the quantum field of limitless possibilities.
Release attachment to external power. True power lives within, and it is your creative force, the artist within you.
Surrender in eternal gratitude and let go of controlling outcomes. Control is an illusion; when you surrender and become grateful, you align your life with your highest potential and Soul Truth.
Always use your gifts to serve others. When service is for the greater good, not just personal gain, abundance flows. Integrity is what aligns your gifts with your eternal flame.

Meet Your Guide
I’ve taught Fortune 500 leaders, spoken at SXSW and Cannes Lions, collaborated with Harvard and Cambridge, and received awards from Forbes, the UN and Glamour.
Before founding Free Free, I spent 11 years at Vogue working with Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and many more, yet feeling deeply unfulfilled. I had every girl's dream life, but that was just the appearance. After my daughter’s birth, I left it all to dedicate myself to this mission and brought my creativity with me. Only when I tuned into my true gifts and mission did fulfillment arrive.
From that space of trust, invitations flowed: speaking at Congress, working with the Department of Justice, coaching Fortune 500 CEOs, collaborating with Harvard, the UN and Glamour. When we trust, we become free. And more importantly, we don’t do it just for ourselves, we are Wild Flowers. Whatever we do affects everything around us. We do it for our children, our families, our communities, our countries, our world.

Every Wildflower is unique. That’s your superpower. In the challenge you’ll learn to feel whole and worthy in all circumstances and to show your true self instead of hiding to fit in.

I lead a movement across four countries, speak globally and raise my daughter as a single mother, and I do it from home, with three team members, and my three dogs. About Aiyahla Lo'Qtus
Hello beautiful women, I’m Aiyahla, founder of Free Free. Our work is simple but sacred: free within, free the world.
This mission began when I was pregnant with my daughter Violeta (now 10). I lost my own mother to suicide at 21 and made a vow to heal patterns, expand my consciousness, and stop the cycle with me. During Violeta’s birth everything I’d loved before stopped fulfilling me. I left my golden cage and launched Free Free two and a half years later.
Before Free Free, I spent 11 years as Fashion & Creative Director at Vogue working with Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and more. After my leap, our first contract was with the Department of Justice. From there, invitations poured in: teaching Fortune 500 CEOs, speaking at Congress, collaborating with Harvard and Cambridge, and receiving awards from Forbes, the UN and Glamour. We now blend consciousness, art and social impact with an impact valued at over £70 million.
In July 2025 I received my Soul Name in deep meditation. While my father was in hospital with a brain tumour I wrote my new book, The 16 Truths of Freedom, in four weeks. He passed away in August. That experience fully embodied me for the next stage of my mission.
