Meet Aiyahla
Hello beautiful women, I’m Aiyahla, founder of Free Free. Our work is profound & sacred: free within, free the world.
This mission began when I was pregnant with my daughter Violeta (now 10). I lost my own mother to suicide at 21 and made a vow to heal patterns, expand consciousness, and stop the cycle with me. During Violeta’s birth, everything I’d loved before stopped fulfilling me. I left my Golden Cage and launched Free Free two and a half years later.
Before Free Free, I spent 11 years as Fashion & Creative Director at Vogue, working with Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and more. After my leap, our first contract was with the Department of Justice. From there, invitations poured in: teaching Fortune 500 CEOs, speaking at Congress, collaborating with Harvard and Cambridge, and receiving awards from Forbes, the UN and Glamour. Today, our impact is valued at over £70 million.
In July 2025, I received my Soul Name in deep meditation. While my father was in hospital with a brain tumour, I wrote my new book, The 16 Truths of Freedom, in four weeks. He passed away soon after. That experience embodied me for the next stage of my mission.
I created the Paradigm Family for the women who know that to create real change, within ourselves and in the world, we need to get dirty, feel nature, see with the Eagle’s Eye, and open our hearts. This is how we free our feminine to be fully liberated, to serve others, and to awaken who we came here to be.
Because when you have a Family behind you, one that sees you, accepts you, and encourages you—your transformation accelerates tenfold. And this family isn’t defined by blood. It is the family you choose. Family means unconditional love, collaboration, celebrating each other, sharing our gifts, and daring to dream together.
When we remember we are not alone, we know we can do anything. We lead with courage, we trust life, and we flow without control. We open the key of the Golden Cage, spread our wings, and fly HIGH. Wherever that flight takes us, we trust, because we are fully supported by the Family.
